Fitify reserves the right to change Subscription fees at any time, with prior notice before the next Billing Cycle. Continued use of the Service after the change means you agree to the new fees.

7. Refunds

We issue refunds for eligible purchases within 30 days of the original transaction.

8. Content

You may post, link, share, or otherwise make available content (“Content”) through the Service. You are responsible for its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content, you grant Fitify the right to use, modify, and distribute it through the Service.

Fitify reserves the right to remove Content that violates these Terms.

9. Prohibited use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and agree not to:
